Get rid of luck in Ladder PvP to make it completely skill based. Yes or no?

Ask yourselves, is it fun to have an uncontrollable factor in PvP? Shouldn't PvP be completely under ones control and not something that can't be controlled? Not to mention PvP SHOULD be based off of skill. Is luck considered skill?
No it isn't. Therefore I propose that RNG/Luck should be removed from Ladder PvP and make it completely skill-based.

Anywho, I say keep skills the way they are when it comes to status effects. Reorganizing balancing just to make it a "100% or 0% chance" scenario would be way too complicated. Some moves would have to be downright removed or changed up completely just to make the cut. It'd be simpler and easier if it was left this way. Besides, it's not even that bad as it is right now to begin with. It COULD be like DFO...

rng is a slippery slope, for example how about rng in terms of damage? for example by extension u could say 'man if my dark storm did 100 more damage i would be ahead and win this match'. sure u might not get a single para off while ur playing an axe getting stuns 100% but that is just life, life is random, if you remove and element of randomness from the game it just makes it more plastic and boring
