I'm brand new to the game and honestly yes I see the threads everywhere BUT since I'm brand new I don't totally understand all of the advice being given so... ;___;
I'm hoping someone could just give me a list of skills to get with the levels that would be ideal for each skill. Simple is best (:
Also, I'm not much of a PvPer so I guess it would be nice if you could keep in mind that I'll be PvE instead o:
If someone could do this, I would be most grateful. Thanks for your time
And once again, sorry for another Frantz Sword skill build post .___.

Not to worry some of us are not the kind of guy who will say "search the forums you numpties".
Ok, you don't need to follow everything i am going to say
think of it as a guideline. I will be saying advices thinking you did your focus quest(lvl 20)
1. Sword Upper must be kept at lvl 1. it's only use is to launch enemies in the air. some people lvl it to 5 but your choice
2. get dark storm and spiral stinger. make them level depending on soul bleeder's pre req
3. max soul bleeder. bleeding hand can be maxed, but i prefer until you get the upgrade
4. Rising slash at lvl 1
5. divine drive lvl 2
6. mostly, lvl your skils according to a higher leveled skill pre req. Like levelling vampire until you unlock dark material. but as it is pve, max vampire so you can heal yourself in dungeons
7. Pit skills(magic barrier x, hands of hell and reduce damage i think?) not sure if to max them but all i did is get magic barrier to unlock hands of hell then i think hoh is lvl 2 or 3, reduce is 1)
8. obviously, get the passives especially the one that lets you use skills in the air.
9. NOT SURE IF PLATE MASTERY IS WORTH LEVELLING PAST 1. some people do it, some people dont. I myself left it at 1, and used sand golem plates and unque chain items.
10. Heartbreaker, I need other people to give inputs. if it is pve, I guess you can lvl it until you can unlock the upgrade or max it.

Thank you very much
This is very helpful, and it's easy to understand.

^Next time do not resurrect old topics
To answer your question, yes the passives are helpful and they are worth being maxed.
honestly guys, i screwed up on my frantz and used some sp on skills that are not useful(i.e. quintuple combo, rising slash leveled until lvl 3, tried to max plate mastery and so on) but it's not the end. I was able to use those mistakes to my advantage at times( rising slash was a surprising burst of damage, used the quintuple combo whenever im in the shrine of eternity). Just have fun and find your own build
