okay so my friend just got banned today.and he's account said it was closed from PWE and rusty hearts?summ,you think you can rectify this?he doesn't hack or done anything illegal ingame from all the time i played with him.His ID sanddrake111 just to let you know.

They usually just say the same thing. Send a ticket so its better to just send a ticket and wait it out.
